Amravati Devi Educational Society (ADES) is a social organisation committed to creating meaningful opportunities for education, skill development, healthcare, women’s empowerment, youth development, and community welfare.
Established in 2012 and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, ADES works with a strong belief that every individual deserves access to knowledge, skills, dignity, and opportunities to build a better future.
Our work is particularly focused on underserved communities, with special attention to youth, women, and children of the Kol tribal communities in the Bundelkhand region of Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh.

Where We Work
ADES’s community initiatives have a strong focus on the Bargarh Nyay Panchayat area of Chitrakoot district, Uttar Pradesh, particularly among underserved rural and tribal communities.
Our work has reached communities in villages including:

By working close to the communities, we are able to understand local challenges and develop programmes that are practical, accessible, and relevant to people’s needs.
What We Do
Education & Digital Empowerment
Through initiatives such as the Vinoba Bhave Computer Training Centre, ADES promotes digital literacy and computer education, helping young people develop skills relevant to today’s educational and employment landscape.
Skill & Vocational Training
ADES promotes practical skill development that can open doors to employment and entrepreneurship.
Our initiatives include ITI-based technical training in areas such as Electrician, Fitter, Plumber, and COPA, along with other vocational programmes.
Women’s Empowerment
Through programmes such as the USHA Silai School, women in rural communities receive practical stitching and tailoring skills that can help them explore income-generating opportunities and strengthen their economic independence.
Healthcare
ADES works to improve access to essential healthcare through health camps, cataract surgery support, health awareness initiatives, and affordable medicine access.
Sports & Martial Arts
We use sports and martial arts to help young people develop discipline, confidence, fitness, teamwork, and leadership—while creating opportunities for rural children and girls to participate and compete.
Competitive Exam Preparation
ADES also supports students with mock tests, guidance, mentoring, and examination-focused preparation, helping them become better prepared for competitive academic and career opportunities.

Our Journey
2012 — The Beginning
Amravati Devi Educational Society was established with a vision of community development through education and empowerment.
2022 — Digital Education
The Vinoba Bhave Computer Training Centre was initiated to promote computer education and digital inclusion.
2023 — Women’s Skill Development
The USHA Silai School programme expanded vocational opportunities for women across rural communities.
2023–Present — Expanding Impact
ADES continued to strengthen its work across education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, skill development, and community welfare.
2026 — Empowering the Next Generation
ADES expanded its focus on ITI vocational training, competitive examination preparation, sports, and martial arts, creating more pathways for young people to develop skills and confidence.
