Since its establishment in 2012, Amravati Devi Educational Society (ADES) has been working to create opportunities for education, skill development, health, and empowerment—especially for youth, women, and children in underserved communities.

Our achievements are not measured only in numbers, but in the confidence, skills, independence, and opportunities created for the people we serve.

Our Achievements

Turning Commitment into Meaningful Change

Since its establishment in 2012, Amravati Devi Educational Society (ADES) has been working to create opportunities for education, skill development, health, and empowerment—especially for youth, women, and children in underserved communities.

Our achievements are not measured only in numbers, but in the confidence, skills, independence, and opportunities created for the people we serve.

Industry-Oriented ITI Skill Training

ADES has expanded its focus on employability-oriented vocational education through ITI training, providing young people with opportunities to develop practical technical skills.

Training areas include trades such as:

  • Electrician
  • Fitter
  • Plumber
  • COPA – Computer Operator and Programming Assistant

Our objective is to bridge the gap between education and employment by helping young people acquire skills relevant to the workplace.

🥋 Building Confidence Through Sports & Martial Arts

ADES uses sports and martial arts as a means of developing discipline, confidence, physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership among children and youth.

Our martial arts initiatives provide rural participants—particularly girls—with an opportunity to train, compete, and believe in their own abilities.

Through tournaments and competitive platforms, ADES continues to create opportunities for young talent from underserved communities.

📚 Supporting Competitive Exam Preparation

Education is not limited to classroom learning. ADES also supports students preparing for competitive examinations through mock tests, structured preparation, guidance, and mentoring.

These initiatives aim to improve students’ confidence, examination readiness, and access to future educational and career opportunities.

🏥 Healthcare & Community Wellness

ADES has continuously worked to make essential healthcare more accessible to underserved communities.

Our healthcare initiatives include:

  • Regular health camps
  • Support for free cataract surgeries
  • Community health awareness
  • Assistance during the COVID-19 crisis
  • Access to affordable medicines through the Jan Aushadhi Kendra initiative

More than 200 cataract surgeries have been supported through our healthcare interventions.

🌸 Menstrual Health & Hygiene Awareness

In collaboration with the Vatsalya Foundation, Vadodara, ADES has worked to promote awareness around menstrual health and hygiene.

The initiative also focuses on awareness of eco-friendly sanitary pad solutions, helping women and girls make informed choices about menstrual hygiene.

Creating Opportunities, Changing Lives

One of our most meaningful achievements is seeing beneficiaries turn newly acquired skills into real opportunities.

From women developing stitching skills and contributing to household income, to young people gaining digital and technical skills, ADES initiatives are designed to create long-term, sustainable impact.

Every training session, every health camp, every competition, and every community intervention represents one more step towards a stronger and more empowered community. Beyond Numbers

At ADES, every number represents a person.

A woman learning a skill.
A young person discovering a career opportunity.
A student gaining confidence.
A child stepping onto a competition platform.
A family receiving essential healthcare.

Our greatest achievement is creating opportunities where they are needed most.

Together, We Can Create Greater Impact

With the support of our volunteers, partners, donors, CSR organisations, educators, and community members, ADES continues to work towards a future where education, skills, health, and opportunity are accessible to everyone.
