Amravati Devi Educational Society (ADES), is a non-profit organisation registered under “The Society Registration Act, 1860 and 80G of the Income-tax Act. This organisation was established in 2012 by Mrs Aradhna Singh, Dr Arun Shrivastava and Shri Amar Singh Chandel. Our founders were passionate towards providing basic health facilities to rural communities and enhancing their capabilities through Education, skill development and livelihood opportunities. Amravati Devi Educational Society (ADES), established in 2012, is a grassroots organization committed to the upliftment of marginalized and underserved communities, with a primary focus on the KOL tribal population of the Bargarh region in Chitrakoot district. The organization works extensively in tribal and rural areas where access to education, skills, livelihood opportunities, and basic healthcare remains limited.

ADES envisions creating a generation rooted in strong moral values and equipped with essential life and vocational skills to lead dignified, self-reliant lives. Its mission is to provide inclusive and accessible opportunities for skill development, education, sustainable livelihoods, and community well-being, particularly for women, children, and youth.

A key focus of ADES is women empowerment through skill-based training. In collaboration with the USHA Group, the organization is implementing a stitching and tailoring training program for rural women. This initiative is currently operational in 15 villages of Chitrakoot district and has successfully trained over 100 rural women, enabling them to develop skills, build confidence, and access income-generating opportunities.

Alongside livelihood initiatives, ADES actively promotes education and digital inclusion in tribal areas. The organization has established a computer training centre for tribal children and youth in Bargarh, addressing a critical gap in digital education and opening new pathways for learning and employment.

In addition to education and livelihoods, healthcare outreach has been an important part of ADES’s work since its inception. The organization has conducted multiple health camps in underserved communities and played an active role in supporting vulnerable populations in Delhi NCR slum areas during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing essential assistance and community support during a time of crisis.

Guided by principles of innovation, inclusivity, and positivity, ADES firmly believes in equal opportunity for all, irrespective of caste, class, gender, or religion.
